Welcome to the Shrub Pro website. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the services provided by Shrub Pro ("Shrub Pro," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing this website, requesting an estimate, scheduling services, or engaging Shrub Pro to perform work, you agree to these Terms.

Shrub Pro provides professional outdoor lighting services, including but not limited to:

• Custom landscape lighting design
• Landscape lighting installation
• Low-voltage LED lighting systems
• Outdoor lighting maintenance and repairs
• Lighting upgrades and fixture replacement
• Holiday and Christmas light installation, maintenance, and removal

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

All estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of the site visit or consultation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates remain valid for thirty (30) days.

Additional work requested by the customer or changes in site conditions may require a revised estimate.

Service dates are scheduled based on availability, weather conditions, and project requirements.

Shrub Pro reserves the right to postpone or reschedule work due to unsafe weather conditions, material shortages, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.
• Ensure electrical service is available when required.
• Identify underground utilities, irrigation systems, invisible pet fences, septic components, or other concealed obstacles that could affect installation.
• Secure pets during scheduled appointments.
• Notify Shrub Pro of any known hazards before work begins.

Shrub Pro is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from inaccurate property information or restricted access.

Holiday lighting installation schedules are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Removal of holiday lighting will be scheduled by Shrub Pro following the holiday season unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shrub Pro is not responsible for service interruptions caused by utility outages, severe weather, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our control.

Payment is due according to the terms stated on your invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Invoices not paid when due may be subject to applicable late charges, collection costs, and reasonable attorney's fees to the extent permitted by law.

All installed materials remain the property of Shrub Pro until paid in full unless otherwise agreed.

Any workmanship or product warranty offered by Shrub Pro will be provided in writing.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from storms, flooding, lightning, power surges, vandalism, accidents, abuse, alterations performed by others, normal wear and tear, or other events beyond Shrub Pro's control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shrub Pro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of the use of this website or the services we provide.

Shrub Pro's total liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of this website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or its systems.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, designs, and other materials, is the property of Shrub Pro and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
